Crispy, golden tots made with just two ingredients! A high-protein, healthy snack or side dish that’s easy to make and perfect for dipping.

2 cups cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs (or gluten-free breadcrumbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese and breadcrumbs until firm.
  3. Scoop 1 tbsp of mixture and shape into a tot. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

  • For crispier tots, use an air fryer at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Reheat in an air fryer or oven to restore crispiness.
