Juicy, crispy chicken bites cooked to perfection in the air fryer with simple herbs and spices. A quick, healthy, and delicious meal ready in minutes.

1 pound chicken breast (450g, diced into 1-inch pieces)
1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (9g)
1 teaspoon cumin (2.5g)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (2.5g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (3g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the diced chicken, olive oil, Italian seasoning, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Grease the air fryer basket and add a single layer of the chicken. Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Repeat the process until all the chicken is cooked up.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best crispiness.
  • Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
