68 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
1 stick unsalted butter
1/4 cup sliced onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp garlic paste
1/4 cup vegetable broth (ensure halal/keto compliant)
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Boil, peel eggs and set aside in bowl.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Cook onions in butter until soft and fragrant.
  4. Stir in garlic, garlic paste, and all seasonings; toast for 1 min.
  5. Pour in vegetable broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour hot sauce over boiled eggs and serve.

Notes

  • Use older eggs for easier peeling.
