1 cup cottage cheese (240g, full-fat is best, but any kind will work)
Seasonings of choice (e.g., sea salt, pepper, herbs, spices)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drain excess moisture from the cottage cheese using a strainer.
  3. Scoop 1-tablespoon portions onto the sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound.
  4. Sprinkle with your chosen seasonings.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown and crisp.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the sheet to crisp up.

Notes

  • Draining the cottage cheese well is crucial for maximum crispiness.
  • Chips will harden as they cool. Be patient!
