A quick and crispy low-carb wrap filled with savory Italian flavors, melted cheese, and tangy peppers for a satisfying handheld meal.

1 low-carb tortilla
3 slices salami
3 slices pepperoni
2 slices provolone cheese
12 tbsp bell pepper strips (mild or spicy)
12 tsp homemade Italian vinaigrette (olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder)

Instructions

  1. Heat a dry skillet over medium.
  2. Lay tortilla flat in pan. Layer half with provolone, salami, pepperoni, and bell pepper strips.
  3. Drizzle lightly with vinaigrette.
  4. Fold tortilla over and press gently. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
  5. Slice and serve hot.
