Crispy, golden-brown keto tortilla chips made with almond flour and mozzarella. A perfect low-carb snack for dipping!

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon seasonings of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line baking sheet.
  2. Melt cheese, mix with almond flour to form a dough.
  3. Roll dough thin between parchment, cut into triangles.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden ও crispy. Cool completely.

Notes

  • Use low-moisture mozzarella for best results. Shred from a block if possible.
  • Season chips before baking with spices, nutritional yeast, cheese.
  • Store in an airtight container. Re-crisp in oven if needed.
